I remember dreaming those same thoughts when my kids were babies. You know...it could be done! I'm sure DIY has a tutorial on how to install a paci dropper.

I certainly could've used one such contraption with my first son--when I made the mistake of allowing him a paci for the mouth AND one for the hand! I spent many a night on my hands and knees looking for the rogue paci hiding under the crib!
