A New Day...

It is the *Official* First Day of School around here. The kids have been so excited about today and I have to say my heart is so full it is about to burst. What a sweet blessing God has bestowed on our lives. I am forever grateful for the revelation He has given through His Word. I am thankful for the Godly parents who have chosen this path and have been a wealth of wisdom and encouragement.

As the school bus pulled through the neighborhood this morning, my children were gathered around the kitchen table praying over our day.

Hannah said last night before bed, "I don't think I've ever been so excited about the first day of school in my whole life"......

My sentiments exactly :)

Home schooling is so great. It has its hard moments :)...but for the most part, you will love that you are doing it.

My sentiments exactly--Ditto!
Today was a fun day. I loved the firestation. I look forward to all our future field trips. The fire safety class at school is not this hands on. I think we may sport an advantage.

YEEHAWWW! We so wish that we could be next door neighbors so we could all do this together...how much fun would that be?

I think praying and reading scripture is by far the best way to start your day! We are going on our second week of getting up and doing that together as a family..and I have to say the kids are loving it as much as we are! It is such a blessing to have precious kids with great attitudes that "get it"!

I'm so proud for y'all and am so blessed by your encouragement to do this journey with y'all!

Love the bus picture!!!
